Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality product reaches guests and meets specifications
• Conduct daily shift meetings
• Assist in training new staff members within the department
• Assist management with motivating, developing, coaching, and counseling staff
• Assist with labor controls and assigning duties to staff members
• Report staff member issues to management
• Ensure high standards of service efficiency, sanitation, and training
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities and dining room setup
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room
• Relay orders to kitchen or bar and serve courses
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of experience in food & beverage service
• Passion for guest service and reliability
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond helpfully
• Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
