About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations during Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meal periods
- Create an energetic and engaging environment for team members and guests
- Support banquet and conference operations as required
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with performance analysis, rostering, and budgeting
- Assist with training and development of team members
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in a similar role
- Proven experience leading and motivating a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Availability to work a variety of shifts
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in VIC
- Australian working rights
