Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations during Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meal periods
• Create an energetic and engaging environment for team members and guests
• Support banquet and conference operations as required
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with performance analysis, rostering, and budgeting
• Assist with training and development of team members

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in a similar role
• Proven experience leading and motivating a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Availability to work a variety of shifts
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in VIC
• Australian working rights
