Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage guests' dietary requirements
• Take guest orders
• Ensure LQA standards are met and maintained
• Oversee F&B cleaning based on Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain F&B stock levels including china, crockery, and glassware

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Hospitality qualification is an advantage
• Strong administration and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Extensive food and beverage product knowledge
• Working knowledge of MS Office
