Food & Beverage Steward

Responsibilities

• Provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner service daily
• Perform cleaning, mise en place, washing up, and maintenance duties
• Serve pre-lunch and dinner drinks, canapés, afternoon tea, and welcome drinks
• Prepare tables with linens, silverware, and glasses
• Inform guests of daily specials and provide menu recommendations
• Assist with onboard duties including greeting guests and luggage assistance

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Hospitality qualification preferred
• Knowledge of COSHH
• Understanding of food and wine
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
