About the role
Responsibilities
- Preparation of the restaurant cars and related areas to ensure smooth operations
- Responsible for the wellbeing and safety of allocated cars and passengers
- Assist with depot, Victoria Lounge, and departure point operations
- Handle all guest interactions with high levels of hospitality and professionalism
- Maintain full knowledge of onboard menus, boutique items, and operating areas
- Acknowledge and handle passenger requests including dietary, medical, or special occasion needs
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Hospitality qualification is an advantage
- Good knowledge and understanding of food and wine
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
