Food & Beverage Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee the set-up and operation of In-Suite Dining and Pool Bar
• Supervise team members to ensure high service and product delivery standards
• Provide guest services including order taking and menu promotion
• Maintain extensive knowledge of food, beverage, liquors, and cocktails
• Manage guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and handling minor complaints
• Conduct on-the-job training and mentor Food & Beverage Associates
• Ensure cleanliness, work safety, and adherence to NEA regulations
• Drive sales through upselling and direct guest contact

Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an international class restaurant
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Ability to work as part of a team and lead others
