About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive food and beverage sales for individual guests and group bookings
- Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses
- Promote seasonal menus, special promotions, and unique dining experiences in collaboration with the culinary team
- Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and monitor competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to track performance against targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in food & beverage sales or hospitality sales
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including restaurants and event catering
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct client meetings, presentations, and venue show-rounds
- Commercial awareness regarding pricing, margins, and revenue management
- Proficiency in Turkish language
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends
