About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive food and beverage sales for individual guests and group bookings
  • Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses
  • Promote seasonal menus, special promotions, and unique dining experiences in collaboration with the culinary team
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and monitor competitor activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to track performance against targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food & beverage sales or hospitality sales
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including restaurants and event catering
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to conduct client meetings, presentations, and venue show-rounds
  • Commercial awareness regarding pricing, margins, and revenue management
  • Proficiency in Turkish language
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends
