Responsibilities

• Lead all Food & Beverage outlets, including staff, guests, and financial KPIs
• Manage an operational team of department managers with a close, value-driven leadership style
• Collaborate with commercial colleagues to develop events and magical dining experiences
• Drive business growth through trend monitoring and commercial development
• Participate in the management group and report directly to the CEO
• Ensure employee satisfaction (eNPS) and guest satisfaction (NPS)
• Manage budgets, financial key figures, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate staffing hours and operational effectiveness

Requirements

• Proven passion for food and beverage
• Experience in a leadership role (e.g., Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Restaurant Manager) within a large organization
• Several years of experience in people management
• Strong communication and self-leadership skills
• Decisive, flexible, and curious personality
• Ability to work strategically while maintaining a presence in daily operations
