Responsibilities
- Lead all Food & Beverage outlets, including staff, guests, and financial KPIs
- Manage an operational team of department managers with a close, value-driven leadership style
- Collaborate with commercial colleagues to develop events and magical dining experiences
- Drive business growth through trend monitoring and commercial development
- Participate in the management group and report directly to the CEO
- Ensure employee satisfaction (eNPS) and guest satisfaction (NPS)
- Manage budgets, financial key figures, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate staffing hours and operational effectiveness
Requirements
- Proven passion for food and beverage
- Experience in a leadership role (e.g., Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Restaurant Manager) within a large organization
- Several years of experience in people management
- Strong communication and self-leadership skills
- Decisive, flexible, and curious personality
- Ability to work strategically while maintaining a presence in daily operations
