Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with service and operational standards
• Maximize profits for the hotel and various food and beverage outlets
• Oversee staff supervision, development, and performance monitoring
• Review staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial objectives
• Develop new menus, food promotions, and portion specifications
• Ensure compliance with food handling, sanitation, and local/state/federal liquor laws
• Handle guest feedback and complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Identify team developmental needs and provide coaching and mentoring

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or F&B Manager
• Demonstrated experience in customer service management
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, including ingredient and dish recall
• Proficiency with restaurant management software such as OpenTable and Toast
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
