Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize the entire F&B business to increase sales and profitability during matches and events
- Lead through other leaders with full personnel, result, and budget responsibility
- Refine concepts, assortment, and pricing while ensuring quality and efficient operations across all units
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, permits, and safety protocols
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in an equivalent leadership role
- Documented experience in large-scale operations, preferably within arena management
- Strong financial understanding and experience with P&L responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant post-secondary education
- Extensive understanding of F&B processes and quality assurance
