CIMMYT is a cutting-edge, non-profit, international organization dedicated to solving tomorrow’s problems today. It is a core CGIAR Research Center focused on improving the quantity, quality, and dependability of production systems for basic cereals through applied agricultural science.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all F&B outlets including Cafeteria, Dining Hall, Catering, Food Truck, Grocery Store, and Vending Machines
- Manage the department’s budget, cost control, revenue, and profitability
- Develop and update the product and service catalog
- Lead menu planning and control, including nutritional information
- Control inventories and fixed assets
- Coordinate uniforms, equipment, and work materials for staff
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and certifications such as Distintivo H
- Analyze satisfaction surveys and implement improvements
- Propose and develop strategies to increase revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, including multi-outlet operations
- Knowledge of international cuisine, service protocols, and Distintivo H
- Intermediate English (B2)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
