Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all F&B outlets including Cafeteria, Dining Hall, Catering, Food Truck, Grocery Store, and Vending Machines
• Manage the department’s budget, cost control, revenue, and profitability
• Develop and update the product and service catalog
• Lead menu planning and control, including nutritional information
• Control inventories and fixed assets
• Coordinate uniforms, equipment, and work materials for staff
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and certifications such as Distintivo H
• Analyze satisfaction surveys and implement improvements
• Propose and develop strategies to increase revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, including multi-outlet operations
• Knowledge of international cuisine, service protocols, and Distintivo H
• Intermediate English (B2)
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
