Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all F&B outlets including the cafeteria, dining hall, catering, food truck, grocery store, and vending machines
• Manage the department’s budget, cost control, revenue, and overall profitability
• Lead menu planning and control, including nutritional information and service catalog updates
• Control inventories and fixed assets while coordinating staff uniforms and equipment
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards and certifications, specifically Distintivo H and safety regulations
• Analyze satisfaction surveys and complaints to implement service improvements
• Propose and develop strategic initiatives to increase revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, including multi-outlet operations
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine, service protocols, and Distintivo H
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level)
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Proven negotiation and leadership capabilities
