Food & Beverage Host

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile to create a positive first impression in the restaurant, bar, or event areas
• Coordinate guest seating based on reservations and current occupancy to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere in the reception and waiting areas
• Inform guests about menu options, special offers, and upcoming hotel events
• Manage reservations, maintain reservation lists, and efficiently handle the table plan
• Support service staff to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and guests
• Act as a primary point of contact for guest questions, requests, or complaints with a professional attitude

Requirements

• German language skills
• Hands-on mentality and a proactive approach to tasks
• Passion for gastronomy and exceptional guest service
• Reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to find creative solutions
• Openness to using digital tools and learning new systems
