Food & Beverage Host

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service and memorable dining experiences to guests across restaurants and outdoor vending carts
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
• Follow food handling and hygiene guidelines to maintain safety and quality
• Maintain clean, tidy, and organized workstations
• Manage guest queuing areas to ensure smooth flow
• Address guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Perform duties specific to assigned areas, such as order fulfillment, table service, busing, or stock replenishment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when needed
• Strong communication skills and a guest service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Availability for weekday shifts (Monday to Friday) for this part-time contract

Preferred Qualifications

• F5 or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
• Relevant working experience in a hotel or similar hospitality capacity
• Previous experience as a cashier
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
