Food & Beverage Events Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of all events, including concept, setup, live service, and pack-down
• Drive event quality and consistency to ensure brand and guest expectations are met
• Motivate, train, and guide Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure smooth service delivery
• Collaborate with Event Coordinators and Chefs to design event concepts, menus, and floorplans
• Manage the guest journey to ensure high-energy and memorable service
• Oversee peak event service periods and adapt quickly to changing demands
• Provide hands-on support by assisting with function setup or bar service when required

Requirements

• Proven experience in events, functions, or high-volume service environments
• Strong team leadership and people management skills
• Ability to manage rosters, leave, and service coverage
• Current QLD RSA certification
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends
• Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Barista and bar service experience
