Food & Beverage Driver

Responsibilities

• Supervise dining room operations within a remote lodge setting
• Drive staff and food suppliers to offsite locations
• Train and mentor staff on dining room and lunchroom standards
• Set up dining rooms and offsite lunchrooms for meal services
• Serve guests, perform inventory, and assist in the kitchen as required
• Produce menu items in large volumes

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in food service or hotel management
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Experience supervising and training a team
• Experience preparing menu items in large volumes
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS equipment
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol testing
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• SafeCheck advanced food safety certification
• HACCP certification
