Requirements
3 years food service experience, Class 5 driver's license, Clean driver's abstract, Large volume food production experience, Supervisory experience, Computer literacy, Ability to pass background and drug tests
About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise dining room operations within a remote lodge setting
- Drive staff and food suppliers to offsite locations
- Train and mentor staff on dining room and lunchroom standards
- Set up dining rooms and offsite lunchrooms for meal services
- Serve guests, perform inventory, and assist in the kitchen as required
- Produce menu items in large volumes
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in food service or hotel management
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Experience supervising and training a team
- Experience preparing menu items in large volumes
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS equipment
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol testing
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- SafeCheck advanced food safety certification
- HACCP certification
