About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the operations of Ten Stories Restaurant
- Provide support to the team and managers across the assigned outlet
- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures
- Execute excellent guest experience, product and presentation standards
- Ensure legal and compliant requirements of bar operations are adhered to
Requirements
- Ability to deliver luxury service
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
- Barista experience and coffee-making skills highly desirable
