Food & Beverage Attendant

Responsibilities

• Follow designated opening and closing procedures for the restaurant
• Perform housekeeping functions for restaurant and restroom areas
• Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met
• Utilize a point of sale (POS) system to accurately charge guests and apply discounts
• Clean and clear tables efficiently to facilitate quick turnover
• Monitor food stock levels and alert management of shortages
• Maintain cleanliness of bus stations, including trash and recycling removal
• Assist other departments as business volumes and staff levels demand

Requirements

• Must be over 16 years of age
• Ability to communicate and follow directions in English
• Ability to ski or ride at an intermediate level (required for certain ski-in/ski-out locations)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in wet or humid conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient guest service experience
