Food & Beverage Attendant

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks
• Act as a menu expert by sharing knowledge of locally sourced food and beverages
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized dining and bar areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service during peak times

Requirements

• Naturally warm, positive, and helpful attitude
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
• Availability for a rotating roster including mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid Western Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience
• Barista experience
