Food & Beverage Associate

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in the smooth running of the food & beverage department
• Deliver guest food & beverage service to the highest levels of property and company standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries
• Support departmental strategies and take ownership of assigned areas
• Maintain departmental inventory and achieve productivity targets in collaboration with the Head of Department
• Ensure adherence to all legislation, due diligence, and best practice activities for audits

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
• Experience in food and beverage service
• Ability to adapt to changing service environments
• Pro-active and hands-on approach
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle challenging priorities
• Passion for the hospitality industry
