Responsibilities

• Merchandising: Own client office kitchens, pantries, and storage rooms, including expiration checks and product rotations
• Customer Service: Engage with clients and team members onsite to deliver high-quality service
• Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (coffee, kegerators), quality control checks, and manage inventory/budgets
• Communication: Escalate location needs or safety concerns and complete pre/post route paperwork

Requirements

• Ability to download the Crafty application on a mobile device
• Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time
• Capability to push, pull, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and operational reliability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
