Food & Beverage Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food and beverage department to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and provide timely responses to enquiries
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring professional and timely completion
• Collaborate with management to control costs, inventory, and maintain productivity levels
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities

Requirements

• Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial but not essential
• A hands-on approach with a proactive, can-do work style
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills and personal integrity
• Ability to use various IT systems and platforms
