Food & Beverage Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department
• Deliver high-level guest food & beverage service experiences
• Respond positively and timely to guest enquiries to maximize satisfaction
• Execute assigned duties and tasks in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with management to control costs and inventory
• Maintain effective working relationships and promote company culture
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements

Requirements

• Experience in food & beverage service (beneficial but not essential)
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks
• Personal integrity and ability to work in an excellence-driven environment
• Experience working with IT systems on various platforms
• Strong communication skills
