Food & Beverage Assistant

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Set up and clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
• Support preparation and restocking of service stations
• Assist with events, banquets, or special functions when required
• Handle guest requests and communicate effectively with team members
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage is an advantage
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a flexible approach to work
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is preferred
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
