About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute food industry project tasks including HACCP audits, international channel and supplier audits, and international chain restaurant audits
- Issue professional audit reports
- Serve as a lecturer for audit training sessions and seminars
- Guide and mentor staff in auditing work and develop their professional skills
Requirements
- Expertise in ISO / FSSC 22000 food safety management systems
- Proficiency in HACCP and ISO 22000
- 2+ years of experience in factory QA/QC preferred
- Must possess a personal vehicle (allowance provided)
