Food Assistant - Kitchen

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager and team leader in implementing the IKEA Food action plan
• Comply with internal rules regarding food safety, quality, and stock figures
• Proactively work to avoid bottlenecks and improve customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, tidy, organized, and inviting food service area
• Contribute to an easy and convenient buying process for customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in a service environment, ideally sales or hospitality
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy, specifically with MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Friendly and confident communication skills
