Responsibilities

• Contribute to a safety-first culture within the food department
• Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to routines and requirements
• Learn about food range content, origins, and preparation to share knowledge with guests
• Present the IKEA food range to inspire guests
• Act quickly on commercial opportunities and customer feedback
• Support department action plans and manager-set goals

Requirements

• Experience handling cash registers in the food services industry
• Strong customer service and sales-driven mindset
• Passion for food and people
• Ability to work weekends, shift hours, and public holidays
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
