About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across various dining outlets including breakfast, restaurant, bar, room service, and meeting/events functions
- Run assigned Food and Beverage sections with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain high standards of service through strong attention to detail and consistency
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage is preferred
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well within a dynamic team
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
