Food and Beverage Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless service standards in accordance with Accor standards
• Maintain deep knowledge of food, promotions, products, and services to increase F&B profitability
• Supervise the cleanliness and organization of the service and restaurant areas to ensure sustainability
• Organize and implement departmental training programs for the team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Valid hygiene certificate
• Proficiency in MS Office and Micros systems
• A service-oriented mindset with a friendly and team-focused approach
• Completed military service (for male candidates)
