About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level comfort and service to guests following STAR Service Standards
- Coordinate F&B orders with section heads and manage budgetary guidelines
- Ensure compliance with Public Health, Environmental, and Safety & Security requirements
- Provide leadership, training, and development to direct reports
- Oversee Restaurant, River Café, Explorer lounge, and Aquavit bar service
- Manage crew menu cycles to meet dietary and nutritional needs
- Minimize equipment loss and manage waste
Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience in a 5-star hospitality F&B environment
- Shipboard experience is an advantage
- Proven track record of exceeding public health standards
- Experience leading diverse teams in high-stress environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Point of Sales systems
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be 21+ years old and physically fit for intense shipboard demands
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required
