Food and Beverage Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and banquet outlets
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure service excellence
• Manage labor costs, inventory, and departmental profitability
• Assist with menu development, food promotions, and operational initiatives
• Monitor food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation standards, and liquor law regulations
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Support banquet and special event execution as needed

Requirements

• Previous Food & Beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale hospitality environment
• High school diploma or GED with 6 years of hospitality leadership experience, OR an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of related experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and liquor law compliance
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
