Food and Beverage Manager

Juice Haus is the food and beverage experience at the heart of each Padel Haus location, serving fresh smoothies, cold-pressed juices, coffee, and light bites to fuel our community.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop Juice Haus baristas and front-of-house staff
• Manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak periods and events
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, beverage standards, and food safety
• Manage end-to-end inventory, including ordering, receiving, and waste reduction
• Monitor COGS, labor costs, and revenue targets
• Partner with Events teams to execute F&B service for tournaments and private bookings
• Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and alcohol service laws

Requirements

• 3+ years of F&B operations experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Background in café, juice bar, bar, or multi-concept hospitality preferred
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L and COGS
• Valid Food Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
• TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be of legal age to serve and supervise alcohol service in Colorado

• Experience with inventory management and vendor relationships
• Interest in sports, wellness, or community-driven environments
