About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure food and beverage standards are executed properly
- Actively participate in Food & Beverage operations during peak times
- Maintain deep understanding of F&B inventory control for food, liquor, beer, wine, and FF&E equipment
- Manage administrative duties including weekly staff scheduling
- Monitor records for inventory, labor cost, food cost, and guest service scores
- Audit and maintain all departmental control procedures
- Control costs through forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and payroll control
- Ensure employees maintain appropriate certifications
- Oversee selection, training, discipline, and termination of employees
Requirements
- 4-6 years of related experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Professionalism
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond in a friendly manner
- Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
- Ability to act as a gracious host to guests, vendors, and candidates
