Food and Beverage Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverage standards are executed properly
• Actively participate in Food & Beverage operations during peak times
• Maintain deep understanding of F&B inventory control for food, liquor, beer, wine, and FF&E equipment
• Manage administrative duties including weekly staff scheduling
• Monitor records for inventory, labor cost, food cost, and guest service scores
• Audit and maintain all departmental control procedures
• Control costs through forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and payroll control
• Ensure employees maintain appropriate certifications
• Oversee selection, training, discipline, and termination of employees

Requirements

• 4-6 years of related experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Professionalism
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond in a friendly manner
• Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
• Ability to act as a gracious host to guests, vendors, and candidates
