About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the catering strategy for the establishment
- Supervise all points of sale including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets
- Manage, recruit, train, and motivate the service and kitchen teams
- Guarantee service quality, customer experience, and adherence to standards
- Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability
- Monitor performance indicators such as turnover, ratios, and margins
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards
- Propose new offers, menus, concepts, and events
Requirements
- Higher education in hospitality management or catering
- Significant and stable experience in a similar position
- Strong managerial and organizational skills
- Acute sense of customer service and quality
- Financial analysis and performance management capabilities
- Leadership, rigor, autonomy, and initiative
- Proficiency in management and IT tools
- Fluency in English
