About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily revenue, consumption, and requisition controls
- Maintain policies and procedures to ensure all revenue is captured
- Control food and beverage purchasing to optimize cost of sales
- Ensure security of cash and stock through end-of-month reporting
- Maintain bar and cellar par stock levels
- Liaise with Head Chef regarding food delivery, ordering, and revenue updates
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety and Licensing Laws
- Monitor staff discipline and teamwork ethics
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Ability to work flexible hours due to industry nature
- Experience in financial control or F&B cost management
- Strong communication and liaison skills
