Food and Beverage Cost Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage daily revenue, consumption, and requisition controls
• Maintain policies and procedures to ensure all revenue is captured
• Control food and beverage purchasing to optimize cost of sales
• Ensure security of cash and stock through end-of-month reporting
• Maintain bar and cellar par stock levels
• Liaise with Head Chef regarding food delivery, ordering, and revenue updates
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety and Licensing Laws
• Monitor staff discipline and teamwork ethics

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Ability to work flexible hours due to industry nature
• Experience in financial control or F&B cost management
• Strong communication and liaison skills
