About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, administer, and coordinate Food and Beverage activities, defining guidelines and work routines
- Ensure food and beverage cost targets are met through analysis of reports and results
- Participate in annual budget preparation and control actual vs. budgeted expenses
- Assist in the creation of food and beverage menus
- Guarantee product and service quality at points of sale
- Handle customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints
- Coordinate, train, and evaluate team performance and motivation
- Manage personnel including hiring, firing, scheduling, and leave management
- Ensure brand standardization and food safety compliance
Requirements
- Completed higher education in Tourism, Hotel Management, Gastronomy, or a related field
- Food safety best practices certification
