Food and Beverage Attendant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Recommend beverages and showcase strong product knowledge to guests
• Maintain bar presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels throughout service
• Set up and pack down bar and service areas
• Handle transactions and beverage orders efficiently
• Responsibly serve alcohol in line with RSA requirements
• Support restaurant and event operations as required

Requirements

• Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Previous bartending or cocktail-making experience in a high-volume venue
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beverage service
• Confidence working in fast-paced bars, restaurants, or event environments
• Positive, energetic personality with a passion for guest experience
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
