Responsibilities

  • Run meals, clear tables, and maintain bistro cleanliness
  • Serve drinks and coffees
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Ensure safe, clean, and hygienic work practices in line with resort standards

Requirements

  • Experience in a restaurant, café, bistro, or customer service role
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • Knowledge of safe and hygienic work practices
  • Food Handling Certificate (preferred)
  • Barista skills (preferred)
