About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch service by greeting guests and taking orders
- Run meals, clear tables, and maintain bistro cleanliness
- Serve drinks and coffees
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ensure safe, clean, and hygienic work practices in line with resort standards
Requirements
- Experience in a restaurant, café, bistro, or customer service role
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Knowledge of safe and hygienic work practices
- Food Handling Certificate (preferred)
- Barista skills (preferred)
