Food and Beverage Attendant

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service from arrival to departure
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and recommend menu items
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Operate the POS system and process orders accurately
• Assist with restaurant bookings, guest enquiries, and telephone reservations
• Support the delivery of conferences, functions, weddings, and special events
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented restaurant and bar environment
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements

Requirements

• Passion for hospitality and customer service
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous food and beverage experience is desirable
• Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain one
