Food and Beverage Attendant

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items, beverage lists, garnishes, and food preparation methods
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Manage cash and non-cash transactions and procedures for depositing monies
• Attend pre-meal briefings and regular meetings to improve guest experience
• Ensure linen is counted properly at the end of the shift

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic speaking skills are an asset
• Previous Micros experience is an asset
