Food and Beverage Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and attentive service
• Act as a brand ambassador for IKEA through all customer interactions
• Gather customer feedback to suggest continuous improvements to management
• Maintain food quality, freshness, efficiency, and attractive presentation
• Keep the food and restaurant area clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Monitor sales objectives and implement cost-reduction methods like waste control
• Follow internal rules regarding food safety, quality, and stock levels
• Report any food-related incidents through correct channels

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
• Experience working with KPI-driven action plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy items
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
