Foil Press Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate high speed Gietz Foil/Embossing press daily
• Perform make ready by setting up foil, heat settings, and product dies
• Inspect foiled sheets and clean dies
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Inventory foil and supplies
• Operate cutter for cutting and boxing stocks
• Assist with other bindery operations such as cutting and collating

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to move 60-pound boxes to pallets
• Ability to read job tickets, press manuals, and plant procedures
