FMS Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the development, execution, and monitoring of FMS case financials, including line-item tracking and reconciliation
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation such as Case Execution Reviews and Case Financial Reports
• Monitor financial records for obligations, expenditures, commitments, and disbursements to ensure alignment with customer expectations
• Assist in developing Price and Availability (P&A) data, Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), and amendments
• Coordinate with program managers, logisticians, and international partners to ensure accurate financial execution
• Utilize DoD financial tools including DSAMS, DIFS, and Navy ERP to track case performance
• Provide analytical support for budget formulation, forecasting, and financial planning
• Prepare briefings and decision-ready products for leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics (or 8 years of additional relevant experience)
• 5 years of financial management experience
• 3 years of FMS DoD financial management experience
• 2 years of Department of the Navy (DoN) experience
• Working knowledge of DSAMS, DIFS, Navy ERP, MISIL, SCIP, and CSPT
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Current access in Navy ERP with experience creating funding documents (WX, MP, and PIDS)
• Familiarity with international customer engagement and Security Cooperation processes
• Experience preparing financial reports for senior leadership
