FMS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical assessments to support FMS acquisition planning and execution for missile systems.
• Analyze missile system hardware to inform training, delivery schedules, and system modifications.
• Develop and maintain acquisition documentation including SOW, CDRL, CWBS, and IMS.
• Ensure program compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Other Transaction Authorities (OTA).
• Support the full FMS case lifecycle, including pre-case development, execution, reconciliation, and closure.
• Assist in the development of Letters of Request (LOR), Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), and Price & Availability (P&A) documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve program-related issues and support working groups.
• Maintain program execution tracking using systems such as DSAMS, CISIL, and SCIP.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Final Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5–12 years of experience in Security Assistance or a related field.
• Alternatively, up to 12 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DoD weapons and missile systems.
• Prior experience in FMS acquisition and contracting.
• Familiarity with program management principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
