FMA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment downtime analysis and troubleshooting to maximize up-time
• Execute weekly and quarterly preventive maintenance (PM) within prescribed guidelines
• Maintain detailed records for equipment downtime, parts replacement, and PM activities
• Manage spare parts inventory and perform incoming quality control
• Conduct training and certification for technicians and operators
• Support shop floor equipment and tool improvements
• Monitor departmental budgets, SOPs, and ISO/TPM-5S systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or a related engineering field
• 3 years of professional experience in equipment maintenance
• Proven experience in equipment installation and maintenance
• Technical proficiency with Servo Motors, inverters, and pneumatic systems
• Strong understanding of LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Mitsubishi PLC (Q-series CPU) and HMI (GOT series)
• Experience with Fanuc robot applications
• Knowledge of electrical control components such as sensors and signal translators
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and database management
