FM Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and maintenance activities to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure tasks stay on schedule
• Monitor work progress on site, identify delays, and implement corrective actions
• Conduct regular inspections to verify quality, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports regarding progress and resource needs
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to support smooth execution
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, and site photos
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot MEP-related technical issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within facilities, construction, or fit-out environments
• Demonstrated experience overseeing daily site activities and coordinating teams
• Strong background in managing contractors, vendors, and workforce allocations
• Familiarity with UAE regulations, safety standards, and general site practices
• Ability to troubleshoot MEP-related technical issues
