FM Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties
• Support the facilities management team with maintenance requests
• Conduct regular inspections of building areas
• Help maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Assist with event or meeting setup and breakdown
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic maintenance and repair skills
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with safety protocols
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities management
• Vocational training in building maintenance
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
