Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor FM & GA service strategies to achieve hospital performance targets and risk management
- Lead and develop a team of technicians and GA staff to ensure effective operations
- Supervise repair and maintenance activities for buildings and medical equipment
- Evaluate service user complaints to drive service improvements
- Build relationships with external vendors, contractors, and government agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5-8 years of facilities management experience in a hospital setting
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Deep understanding of maintenance, safety, and compliance principles
- Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and project management skills
