Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor FM & GA service strategies to achieve hospital performance targets and risk management
  • Lead and develop a team of technicians and GA staff to ensure effective operations
  • Supervise repair and maintenance activities for buildings and medical equipment
  • Evaluate service user complaints to drive service improvements
  • Build relationships with external vendors, contractors, and government agencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
