About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor FM & GA service strategies to achieve hospital performance targets and risk management
- Lead and develop a team of technicians and GA staff to ensure effective operations
- Supervise repair and maintenance activities for buildings and medical equipment
- Handle and evaluate service user complaints to drive improvements
- Build relationships with external parties, vendors, and government agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Understanding of facilities management principles including maintenance and space planning
- Familiarity with facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
