About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor FM & GA service strategies to achieve hospital performance targets and risk management
  • Lead and develop a team of technicians and GA staff to ensure effective operations
  • Supervise repair and maintenance activities for buildings and medical equipment
  • Handle and evaluate service user complaints to drive service improvements
  • Build relationships with external parties, vendors, contractors, and government agencies
  • Monitor key metrics including repair costs, maintenance budgets, and equipment uptime

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Understanding of facilities management principles including maintenance and space planning
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with facilities management software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to resolve facility-related and administrative challenges effectively
